One Day Workshop on MATLAB/SIMULINK

About the Programme
The objective of the programme is to enhance
the computer aided analysis of the students
through MATLAB/SIMULINK. MATLAB is an
object-oriented high-level interactive software
package for scientific and engineering
numerical computations. MATLAB enables
easy manipulation of matrix and other
computations without the need of traditional
programming. It provides an interactive
environment with hundreds of built-in
functions for technical computation, graphics
and animation. SIMULINK is an environment
for multi domain simulation and model-based
design for dynamic and embedded systems. It
provides an interactive graphical environment
and a set of block libraries that helps in
design, simulate, implement and test a variety
of time-varying systems including electrical
drives, converters, communications, controls,
signal processing, video processing and image
processing. SIMULINK is a ready-access
learning tool for simulating operational
problems found in the real world because
simulation algorithms and parameters can be
changed in the middle of the simulation with
intuitive results.
This one day workshop mainly focuses on the
introduction to MATLAB programming and
SIMULINK and its applications to different
fields of engineering.
Resource Persons
Experienced Professors with expertise in
MATLAB/SIMULINK from the host institution
will be the resource persons for the
programme.
Eligibility Criteria:
This programme is open to all AICTE approved
engineering college students pursuing their UG
or PG courses. Selection of participants will be
on first come first serve basis.
Registration Fee
Registration fee of Rs. 100/- per participant is
to be paid in cash at the venue on the date of
the event i.e., 18.07.2014.
The number of participants is limited & hence
the interested participants need to e-mail the
completed, signed and scanned registration
form to eeeemictech@gmail.com. Short listed
participants will be informed through e-mail.
