PAPER PRESENTATION:
The abstract must be typed single-spaced in 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font and be no more than 2 pages
The first stage involves the uploading of abstract on the website. The entries selected for the second round are required to present their paper at S.V.U College Of Engineering during Creadors2k12.
The selected participants are required to pay Rs.200 as entry fee in the form of DD(in the name of ).
A maximum of 2 students per team are allowed to present a paper. Only Civil Engineering undergraduate and post graduate students can participate. Participants from different institutions can also form a team.
The prescribed format must be followed failing which may lead to disqualification of the participants.
The decision of judges will be final.
For the presentations, a LCD projector, a computer, a mike and speakers will be provided.
The time for one presentation will be 8 minutes. One buzzer will be rung after 6 minutes to remind the participants about the time and final buzzer will be rung after 8 minutes.
Any extension in the allotted time will result in loss of points.
Only genuine and original paper abstracts should be uploaded.
The results will be declared as soon as possible. All participants and winners will be awarded certificates.
