We at the Computer Society of MIT aim at bringing Mr. Stallman's these words into reality.
The annual Free Software fest, Carte Blanche is on such initiative where we encourage budding software enthusiasts from across the country to exhibit their computer skills with special importance to FOSS. This mega fest is back this year with more events and bigger platforms to enable you to express yourself. Like every year, we have special events such as demos, lectures, free software distributions and some mind-boggling competitions lined up for you. The events are designed in such a way that they help rewarding the best, identifying the talented, encouraging the interested and seeding "free software" craze throughout our tech-society.
So, mark your calendars and make sure you reach the MIT Campus to prove your mettle in the field of computers. But just remember, our theme is "Free Software" because we believe,
